As every Petite Femme garment is intended to be an investment piece, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item is faulty or not as described when you receive it, we can offer a refund or store credit if it meets the conditions below:
- Item is in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
- Item must be free of any marks, stains or odours, including, makeup, sweat or perfume.
- A request for return must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and approved by us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We recommend that you try on all items without makeup or perfume as soon as you receive them and before removing the tags so that they are eligible for return if necessary.
We understand that shopping online can be tricky. For first time customers, we provide one-time free return shipping for any size-related issues on eligible items (for exchanges and store credit only).
Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges if:
- You simply change your mind, or enter the incorrect address. Please review your order details carefully at checkout.
- Your payment was made with Afterpay. Items purchased with Afterpay are eligible for store credit only.
- You refuse to pay any incurred import taxes or duties on orders delivered outside of Australia.
To request a return, please head to our Returns portal. You'll be able to choose between a refund, exchange or store credit. If you select Exchange or Store Credit, return shipping is free.
- Refund - You will be refunded to your original form of payment, excluding shipping charges (if applicable).
- Exchange - You can exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value.
- Store Credit - You will receive the item total (excluding shipping charges) as a gift card to use on future purchases.
Petite Femme is not liable for any loss, damage or duties/taxes incurred during return shipment. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance.
