To claim a repair, follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email at hello@petitefemmelabel.com with the subject “Repair Request.” Include your order number, a description of the repair needed and clear photos showing the defect on the garment. We will assess your claim and let you know whether the repair is eligible for reimbursement.
  2. Upon approval of your claim, you will need to arrange a repair service with your chosen professional within 21 days. Repairs must be completed within 21 days of approval to be eligible for reimbursement. Petite Femme is not responsible for arranging the repair service.
  3. You must pay your tailor the full amount for the repair work. We cannot pay the service provider on your behalf. Customers are responsible for liaising with the service provider to ensure a high level of craftsmanship is maintained.
  4. Once the repair is completed, you must send us an itemised receipt for the repair service and photos of the repaired garment within 7 days of the completed repair. If the repair work meets our standards, we will reimburse you for the cost of repairs up to a limit of $20 AUD.
  5. Provide the details to your Australian bank account or PayPal account. We will process your reimbursement within 14 days of receiving your documentation. Payment will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) to your nominated account.

By submitting a request for reimbursement, you agree to the following:

  • The customer must hold a valid Australian bank account or PayPal account to receive the reimbursement. International customers can create a free PayPal account.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete account details for reimbursement. Petite Femme is not liable for any incorrect transfers due to errors or omissions in the account information provided by the customer.
  • The customer must pay any fees associated with the transfer of funds, including but not limited to: currency conversion fees, withdrawal fees and payment processing fees. Petite Femme is not responsible for any fees incurred.
  • Petite Femme reserves the right to decline reimbursement if the repair work does not meet our standards. All repairs should be performed professionally, and in a manner consistent with the original craftsmanship of the garment. If a repair does not adhere to these standards, we will not be liable for the costs incurred.
