If your item is faulty or not as described when you receive it, we can offer a refund or store credit if the item is unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. A request for return must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and approved by us.
For first time customers, we provide one-time free return shipping for any sizing-related issues on eligible items. We recommend that you try on all items without makeup or perfume as soon as you receive them and before removing the tags. Note that we do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or if you refuse to pay for any customs fees upon delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
